All about us:
You are going to be spending quite a lot of time with us whilst also trusting us to look after you and your gear. So, it is only fair you get to know us first! We are a small business and everything is done by us, with nothing contracted out. We will be the ones that pick up your bikes in the UK and look after you and your gear the whole time.

Sven (and Jack)
Sven is your local guide having grown up in the Creuse region and lived there again from 2017 to 2021, where his son Jack was born. Riding MTBs since the late 1980s, and competing in XCs in the late 2000s and early 2010s, Sven rekindled is love of riding 3 years ago after putting his bike down for over 10 years.Â

When not riding, building, restoring or fixing bikes, Sven will be out in nature camping and hiking - He is currently on a mission to visit all National Parks in the UK with his family. He is also a bit of a secrete computer nerd...Â

Sven has had a varied career, starting with 10 years in the ambulance service in London and Hampshire before shifting to sustainable agricultural management, consultancy, and training. Sven is still a visiting lecturer at the University of Hertfordshire and a technical advisor for City & Guilds. He is also a fully qualified personal trainer and sports massage therapist back from his competing days!Â

Matt
Matt is the dad of two awesome girls. After university where he studied geology and volcanology (which he picked because they had the best field trips, including doing a research trip to Ladakh in India, and Mount Etna in Italy), Matt entered and continued a long career in primary school teaching. Most recently he has worked as a project manager for the Rivers' Trust, and is also involved in providing sustainable agriculture consultancy and training.Â

Matt is a keen mountain biker, but is also a road cyclist and runner. When he gets the time he enjoys all outdoor activities such as kayaking, climbing, skiing, etc. Matt and Sven play badminton once a week, but who can say who the better player is...

Sven has been riding mountain bikes since 1989, and competed regularly in xc in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Check out those bar ends on the red mid 90s MBK!
Matt likes to ride road bike in sandals! But honestly, he is an alright guy!
